One year and one day ago, Cait and Will became husband and wife in a beautiful ceremony at St. Ignatius Church in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Reflecting back on their day, I still vividly remember the love and support that was given to this sweet couple. Their family and friends were all so excited to celebrate their new marriage. It was such a beautiful day! To celebrate their first anniversary, I asked the happy newlyweds to look back on their wedding pictures and pick a few that are most meaningful to them.
“Who can resist a momma’s boy? This picture is priceless. To see my sons face light up when he saw me and being willing to get into a tux? I thought he’d end up at the wedding in pjs if I was lucky. He melted my heart and has my heart. I love this picture of us it caught us in a beautiful moment only about a half hour before I walked down the aisle. There is nothing more special than a mothers love for her son and this picture makes me so happy!!”
“This moment. The moment we “sealed it with a kiss” we were finally married, in Gods house in front of our priest and all our family and friends. Our gorgeous alter behind us. This picture is just wonderful in so many ways!”
“Husband and wife. Two becomes one. We are always there for each other and have been for the last 10 years. This picture is just perfect to have my husbands arms around me, my protector and my rock. There’s no where in this world I feel safer than in the arms of my husband.”
“Will’s favorite picture is of our son running to us after our first dance. He was so happy to be there with us and there’s nothing that lights up a parent than your little boy running as fast as he can to jump in your arms. To Weston, there was no one else in that room. To us, it was just a wonderful ending to our first dance. Amazing in every way. God blessed us with our little man in His perfect timing.”
“This picture we love because it was our last picture of the night. What an amazing day, if we could relive it again we would in a heartbeat it was amazing. We couldn’t be more grateful for all our friends and family who have supported us over the years and who were there to celebrate us finally joining hands and becoming one. We had the best day with the best friends and family and it couldn’t have been better! We are blessed and one year down a lifetime to go. We can’t wait to see what is in store for our future.”
Happy first anniversary, Cait and Will! Thank you again for letting us document your beautiful wedding day.
